Upland Celebrates Kabosu Meme for ‘International Doge Day’

As part of the festivities, both real-world and digital events will pay homage to Kabosu by unveiling a colossal bronze statue in honor of the legendary Doge meme constructed by Own The Doge and a group of Doge fanatics.

The physical statue unveiling is set to take place at Japan’s Sakura City Park, with food, entertainment, and special guests being added bonuses. Similarly, Upland’s virtual sculpture launch will draw inspiration from the park’s jaw-dropping backdrop. 

On top of that, Kabosu’s birthday will be commemorated at the recently opened ‘Own The Doge Cafe’ in Sakura, Japan. Here, participants can connect with other Web3 enthusiasts and watch a live stream.
