Perfect health advocate Deepak Chopra has teamed up with Shira Lazar and a few other stakeholders to raise awareness about mental health. As such, ‘The JOMO Effect’ campaign will feature a stunning selection of NFT artwork, with all proceeds from the primary sale donated to five mental health charities.
Lazar’s ‘Peace Inside Live’ digital wellness agency will lead the ‘The JOMO Effect’ initiative. A mental health NFT campaign featuring 40 top digital artists, including the likes of Brian Fanzo, Krista Awad, Allison Sayka, Sierra Nawabi, Ashira Art, and many others.
Other than the 40 artists, Lazar teamed up with TimePieces, Unstoppable Domains, PolyDoge, Intentional, Adam Bomb Squad, House of Fist, and Chopra’s Seva.Love to bring the project to life. Now each partner will promote the mint which takes place on May 10, to their set of communities by offering additional utility. For instance, Sera.Love will offer holders an exclusive online meditation session with Chopra.
The NFTs will debut through a blind mint on May 10 via the Magic Eden marketplace and cost in the region of 30 to 40 MATIC apiece, and offer collectors a chance to earn additional rewards.

Magic Eden Rises as a Mental Health Advocate
In a statement, Tiffany Huang, marketing lead at Magic Eden, notes, “We’re excited to partner with some of the top companies and artists in support of mental health.” She goes on to add that “it’s a topic that isn’t talked about often enough in Web3, but it’s really important. Magic Eden’s role is to make sure we’re bringing partners together to amplify their mission, and we’re proud that we can help them shine.”
After all, as Lazar notes, “the idea is to continue this conversation outside of Mental Health Awareness Month in May.”
Shira Lazar’s ‘JOMO (Joy of Missing Out)’ concept comes as an antidote to the anxiety inducing ‘FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)’. Aimed at celebrating the the process of a person doing exactly as they please and not worrying that something more interesting is occurring elsewhere.
